1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 88babu ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 3. Account Security and Responsibility

You agree to notify 88babu immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. While we will take reasonable steps to assist you following a report of unauthorised access, 88babu accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account. If we detect multiple accounts held by the same person — whether identified by name, date of birth, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel all associated bonuses, and void any winnings derived from those accounts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All withdrawals will be processed only to the mobile wallet account registered on your 88babu profile. Requests to withdraw funds to a wallet number not registered on your account will be declined without exception. 4.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to identity verification requirements, fraud investigations, or technical issues with a third-party payment provider — processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delay affecting your withdrawal.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• No active fraud investigation is associated with your account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus may not be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

6. Rules of Play
